Each plaque is created by hand and each plaque takes approximately 72-hours to complete. We start with engineered wood, which, after thoroughly sanding, we adhere the desired image too. Then, we make the cut, again, by hand (not computer guided or aided). After hand-mixing a special recipe (non-varnish), we hand-pour a coating onto the piece, which, after curing in one of my "curing vaults," hardens into a glossy finish that looks like glass, although it is considerably harder than glass.

Yes. You either like and therefore, keep your purchase or return it for a full refund (minus any shipping expense on our end). We can also re-make the item, in an effort to correct any issues. One re-make per item, then a refund is automatic. Regardless, if you have an issue with any of our products, please contact us at customerservice@Pics2Plaques.com.
Currently, we are setup to accept PayPal, Stripe, personal and business checks and if you are local and wish to save shipping fees, we can accept major credit cards and debit cards (we use the "Square"), upon delivery. Please let us know in advance how you will be paying, so we can be ready for you.
We do ship. And we use USPS Priority Mail in doing so. A single, medium-sized plaque is $10.00 and the large-sized is $14.00, a flat fee for convenience.
If we physically deliver your plaque to you and you are not happy with the results, you don't pay. However, if we have shipped the plaque to you and you want a refund after receiving it, simply return the plaque and we will issue a complete refund, less shipping charges.
I assure you, I don't want to sound like I'm avoiding answering your question, however, there are a number of variables involved in the answer. For example, the finish (the as-hard-as-glass clear coat) takes anywhere from 24 - 36 hours to cure. However, if it rains or the weather is extremely humid, as it can be during the summer months here in S. Louisiana. then that time-frame can easily double. Wet weather, regardless of the cause, is one of our biggest causes of delays in getting our orders out.
